the required quantity.
Include proteins in your diet; for this,
you can add eggs, nuts, and seeds, yogurt, and milk to your diet. You can find
many artificial protein powders in the market, but a natural source is always a
better alternative.
Reduce bad carbohydrates; adding a lot of
sugar to your diet can give you many health issues. Apart from weight gain, you
can also increase the risk of heart diseases and diabetes if you do not reduce
the amount of sugar you take. You can always switch to the healthier
alternatives of candies, chocolates, and cookies. Fruits can reduce your
cravings, and you can add honey instead of sugar, try to make fruit cookies
without adding sugar in it.
Add fibers in your food; green leafy
vegetables and fruits are the best sources of fibers. Along with it, you can
add barley, berries, nuts, and oatmeal in your diet. Fiber helps you have a
