If you want to reduce weight, the first and foremost thing that you need to understand is “the difference between a healthy fat loss and weight loss.”

Most people combine these two and end up harming their bodies. It is a well-known fact that fat reduction is a combination of a healthy lifestyle and diet. 70% of your fat loss can be achieved by a proper diet plan, and rest 30% needs exercise. So, I am going to share some easy tips and tricks to get the body you have always desired.

Get into a healthy diet.

We have studied a balanced diet in our school, now is the time to apply it to our lives! Never add an excessive amount of any nutrient of food, be it carbs or protein, you should always take it in the required quantity.

Include proteins in your diet; for this, you can add eggs, nuts, and seeds, yogurt, and milk to your diet. You can find many artificial protein powders in the market, but a natural source is always a better alternative.

Reduce bad carbohydrates; adding a lot of sugar to your diet can give you many health issues. Apart from weight gain, you can also increase the risk of heart diseases and diabetes if you do not reduce the amount of sugar you take. You can always switch to the healthier alternatives of candies, chocolates, and cookies. Fruits can reduce your cravings, and you can add honey instead of sugar, try to make fruit cookies without adding sugar in it.

Add fibers in your food; green leafy vegetables and fruits are the best sources of fibers. Along with it, you can add barley, berries, nuts, and oatmeal in your diet. Fiber helps you have a better bowel movement, reduced cholesterol levels, and controlled blood sugar levels; simply, they add more years to your life!

Have unsweetened coffee

Coffee lovers can add this to their “why I love coffee" list! Coffee without sugar is an excellent option to reduce fat; it increases your metabolism and allows you to digest food faster. But people with hypertension and those who are pregnant should avoid it, or take professional advice before consuming it.

Drink a lot of water

“90% of our body is made of water”, I think this is sufficient to tell you the importance of consuming an adequate amount of water!

Exercise

A healthy and active lifestyle helps you reduce the amount of fat from your body faster. If you have never had any physical activity before, try including brisk walking for 30 minutes to your daily routine and gradually increase your physical activities. It is not necessary to be in a gym and exercise, you can start jogging or doing yoga at home, or maybe you can give dancing a try!

The more active you get, the faster you lose the fat.

Never starve!

There is a misconception that skipping meals or starving can help in reducing weight, it is wrong! Starving makes a person weak and it is not necessary that weight will be reduced; if reduced it will come back very quickly, once you start eating in your normal ways.  

Take proper sleep

Try reducing 2-3 kgs a month; it is healthy, make it steady.
